Meet The Team

Charmaine Childs
Founder
Charmaine Childs is a prophetic movement minister and creative visionary who carries a mantle to awaken the Body of Christ to authentic, embodied worship. As the founder of Kingdom Redeemers in Motion, she ministers with a purity and authority that calls
sons and daughters back to the posture of yieldedness—where movement becomes intercession, and worship becomes a place of encounter. Her ministry is marked by revelation, healing, and the breaking of cycles that have silenced God’s people. Through Spirit led movement, prophetic teaching, and activation, Charmaine creates space for believers to rediscover their identity, reclaim their voice,
and step boldly into the freedom they were designed to carry.
A curriculum architect and author, she builds resources and experiences that equip churches, leaders, and creatives to cultivate atmospheres where the Holy Spirit is honored and transformation becomes inevitable. Her upcoming podcast, Becoming
What You Prayed For, extends her assignment to restore, confront, and heal through testimony and truth. Whether she is ministering through movement, releasing prophetic insight, or guiding communities into deeper worship, Charmaine carries a clear mandate—to redeem, restore, and release God’s people into the fullness of who Heaven says they are.

Jameka Laurent
Pageantry Coordinator
Jameka is a dedicated pageantry flag coordinator whose ministry flows through movement, color, and worship. With a deep love for God at the center of everything she does, she uses flags and other ministry instruments as expressive tools to honor Him, communicate His word, and create an atmosphere where His presence is welcomed.
Her worship is spirit-led, intentional, and rooted in a desire to glorify God through every motion. Through movement, she expresses Scripture, releases prophetic symbolism, and intercedes on behalf of others. Whether she is worshiping, teaching, or leading, she allows the Holy Spirit to guide her fully, serving as a vessel for God’s message and His heart.
Called to stand in the gap through spiritual warfare, Jameka uses her instruments not only for praise but also as weapons of intercession—declaring victory, breaking strongholds, and shifting atmospheres through worship. Her ministry reflects her devotion, her creativity, and her unwavering commitment to honoring God through the art of movement and prophetic expression.
